Although BamaPages.com cannot monitor all the listings posted to our
website, we reserve the right (but assume no obligation) to delete,
move, or edit any listings or other postings that come to our attention
that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or
other reasons. By using BamaPages.com you agree not to post or transmit
any defamatory, abusive, obscene, threatening, misleading, or illegal
material, or any other material that infringes on the rights of others
or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy BamaPages.com. We
retain the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated
these terms or any other term of this agreement.
Disputes - BamaPages.com is not responsible for resolving
disputes between parties.
We are not responsible for the
actions the sellers and/or buyers take before, during, and after a
transaction initiated through a classified ad. Use of this site is at
your own risk, and content is presented'As-Is'.
Non-binding negotiations
According to U.S. laws and regulations, BamaPages.com classifieds for
actual property or real businesses are not legally binding offers to
sell property or companies. We permit classifieds describing real estate
and businesses for sale that serve as advertisements to attract
potential buyers, informing them of an opportunity to conduct a
transaction outside of BamaPages.com. At the close of a classified ad,
the seller should contact the buyer to discuss entering into a contract
for the actual property or business.
INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold BamaPages.com, and its subsidiaries,
affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and
employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees,
made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit,
post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the
Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the Terms of
Use, or your violation of any rights of another.
